Oil in Iraq is safe - Oil in the USA isn't

USA - gets Aid from Europe - why? Isn't the USA the big boss, the country with all the money, the country with the fire power.
The Country that can't even look after its own people because it's too busy looking for Oil in other countries, to steal.
